Current and future negotiations:
The main current negotiation topic is the research of an agreement about how to tackle stress and social psychological disorders at work. The first meeting that was held concluded that it was necessary to establish a diagnosis of the situation. This diagnosis will be performed by a consultancy specialised in the field of working conditions.
From this report, shared by labour and management, the situation will be analysed in one co-operative after another. Then they will be able to study, negotiate, and reach agreements adapted to companies as necessary.
A meeting will be held in July in order to plan the signing of a national method agreement.
Labour and management have also worked within the framework of the Observatoire de l’ Emploi et des Qualifications for this line of business (observatory about jobs and qualifications). Several new research fields have been adopted particularly including job security.
